ABOUT US
Dancezone is a dance school based in the heart of Ardwick, close to Manchester City Centre. We have developed a real family and community feel to our studios over the past 10 years and pride ourselves on ensuring children are given an opportunity to thrive, feel safe and grow in confidence whilst being a part of our Dancezone family.
We offer classes to children from 2 years upwards, also offering adult classes to those looking to continue their dance training or keep fit whilst having fun! No matter what your ability is, we will have a class that you can join and enjoy. Whether you are looking to develop your dance ability and progress into dance as a professional career or dance as a hobby, we can accommodate your needs.

Our classes and events let you get as involved here as you like. We always have plenty going on through the year. Once a year we put together a full school performance that every student is invited to take part in, we also do lots of different performances at various locations throughout the year. As well as performances we also do exams. These can be taken in every class we do and allow your child to progress through different grades and styles.
Whilst working hard is important, we also make time for our Dancezonians to have fun. We have different parties through the year and presentation evenings so all of our students and parents get to let their hair down, make sure you keep an eye on our events page to keep your diary stocked up.

I have 4 children attending Dancezone, Samara 9, Shanae 6, Saesha 4 and Sionah 2! They all absolutely love it and if they had a choice they would go everyday! The teachers are all fantastic, talented, caring and professional and I am so happy we found a dance school where my children can explore all aspects of dance, sing and perform in a kind and safe environment!

My Lauren started dancing for Dancezone in 2012. She was always a really shy timid girl and had never done anything like that before. She started with just the streetdance class and after her first big show her confidence soared and she started more classes in Ballet and Tap and has recently joined The Unknown crew. We have a very busy family life and Dancezone has given her something that is just hers and she thrives on it. Dancing is Lauren's life it's all she wants to do, she is a very different girl from when she first started 2 years ago.

Clarissa has been attending Dancezone now for nearly 2 years and after trying other dance schools and her not liking them Clarissa has really settled into the Dancezone life. You will hear a lot about the “Dancezone family” but we really are a family! Every aspect of what a family is, is what Dancezone is all about and we were both made to feel very comfortable from the 1st day. All the teachers are fantastic in what they do and I know I can talk to them about anything. We both love attending the classes, and I was asked to be apart of last year’s show which was fantastic and I’m looking forward to this years. Sam Taylor
